I’m so excited to share our first home update with you since we’ve moved into our new apartment.  Home décor is a whole new category for me that I’ve been eager to tap into! Since we’ve moved into our new apartment at Alexan Buckhead Village in March it finally gives me a chance to share some decor post with you guys! Today, I’m just going to focus on our kitchen area because it’s my favorite part of our apartment!

When we were searching for a new apartment, an updated kitchen and dining area was a top priority.  Our last kitchen was outdated and didn’t have much storage for pots & pans.  A larger kitchen with more natural lighting was at the top of our wish list.  When Connor and I saw this kitchen we were both instantly in love! He does a lot of cooking & was excited about the kitchen for obvious reasons. I love how light and airy it feels and not going to lie… the built-in wine cooler in the center island was a major selling point for me! 😉

Once we moved in couldn’t wait to unpack all the kitchen related gifts we received from our registry last year. Some of them have been sitting in storage since June!  I know it sounds funny, but I had the best time unpacking boxes and discovering serving plates, wine glasses and other items that I totally had forgotten about!
