I think it was love at first sight when I saw this top.  I was drawn right away to the rainbow pom pom detailing. I keep seeing this pom trend pop up everywhere this summer!  But it also embodies two other major trends right now –  bell sleeves and off the shoulder, making this top a must-have in my opinion.  It’s also on sale and under $15.00, so you really can’t beat it!   I paired the look with Sam Edelman lace-up heels and a colorful clutch that I bought in Seaside – I found a similar one linked here.
