Fringe has been a huge trend popping up everywhere this year.   For fall, tasseled ties and frayed trims find their seasonal match in a pair of boots.   Today I want to share a pair of boots with you that I recently received from a new boutique on my radar called,  Torn Boutique.  These boots have a chunky heel, fringe detailing,  and most importantly are super comfortable!   They also come in a chocolate brown color and also won’t break your budget.
